Welding Gun Protective Covers — High-temperature, spatter-resistant protection for automated and manual welding
Features: Made of aramid 1414 silver-coated fabric, it is very resistant to corrosion, aging and high temperature, and can withstand welding slag splash
1. Permanent heat resistance and flame retardancy, with a limiting oxygen index Loi greater than 50.
2. Permanent resistance to acid, alkali and organic solvent erosion.
3. Wear resistance, low thermal conductivity, and good thermal insulation effect.
4. It does not burn or break when exposed to fire, and does not produce droplets or toxic gases.
Advantages of special high-temperature resistant robot protective clothing:
1. Highly customized, one machine and one solution, the robot is no longer naked;
2. The detachable structure design is adopted for easy maintenance;
3. Reusable, saving enterprise costs;
4. Reasonable design and tailoring, beautiful appearance;

Typical applications
- · Robotic MIG/MAG welding cells (automotive, heavy industry, fabrication)
- · High-volume production lines where weld spatter and heat are persistent issues
- · Manual welding stations seeking extra protection for torch leads and head assemblies
- · Environments with corrosive chemicals, solvents or elevated ambient temperatures.
Technical notes & options
- · Base material: Aramid 1414 (silver-coated option) — inherently flame retardant, excellent high-temperature stability and chemical resistance. Continuous service temperatures are industry-typical in the 200°C range with much higher short-term resistance depending on construction.
- · Customization: length, profile, attachment method and reinforced panels are available to match gun model or robot kinematics. Detachable fasteners and inspection access points can be specified for easier maintenance.
