high temperature robot protective covers
TEHU high temperature robot protective covers are fabricated from silicone-impregnated fiberglass fabrics, reinforced with ceramic-coated layers to endure continuous exposure to 300 °C and brief spikes up to 550 °C. These covers protect robots operating near furnaces, die-cast cells, and flame spray booths. Articulated joint sections use PTFE-coated articulations to maintain flexibility under heat. Corrosion-resistant grommets and quick-lock fasteners simplify installation. By shielding actuators and harnesses from extreme heat, TEHU’s HT covers extend service intervals and maintain robot accuracy in metallurgical and thermal processing environments.
