Great Wall paint shop robot protective clothing

Our robot protective clothing is tailor-made, non-scratch and non-shedding, and has good paint absorption performance. It is used in the paint shop of Great Wall Motors to ensure the stability of the paint production quality.

Our company has provided robot protective suits for many automobile factories such as BYD, Chery, Great Wall, etc. Among them, we have developed a four-section anti-static spraying robot protective suit (sleeve + front section + rotating shaft + base), using the following innovative designs:

1. Modular structure: Each component can be disassembled and assembled independently, reducing maintenance and replacement time by 60%, in line with the fast-paced production of the workshop.

2. Elastic fabric combination: TH-T14 polyester spandex rib fabric (210g/m²) + black anti-static yarn, with an extensibility of 20%-50%, adapting to the multi-joint movement of robots.

3. Anti-adhesion technology: Surface microporous film treatment reduces paint particle adhesion rate by 85%, combined with a centrifugal fan to achieve 24-hour self-cleaning.

4. High-temperature resistant coating: The rotating shaft part uses TH-T16 flame-retardant fabric, capable of withstanding instantaneous high temperatures of 150℃ in the spraying workshop.

5. Processing Capability Showcase

• Intelligent Manufacturing Production Line: The Guangzhou factory is equipped with German-imported laser cutting machines (precision ±0.1mm) and Japan Juki automatic sewing equipment, achieving a production capacity of 300 pieces per day; the Guizhou base has added a constant temperature and humidity laboratory to simulate extreme environment tests from -40℃ to 85℃.

• Customization Capability: Undertakes flexible production with a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces, delivering prototype samples in as fast as 72 hours.

• Quality Control System: Certified with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, controlling product defect rate within 0.3%.
